This week was a routine gum exam and cleaning. But, as I have come to expect, Brooke was competent, professional, friendly, and gentle. Dr. Mays reassured that she is monitoring issues that might require attention, and she was engaging in asking about interests we had discussed during past visits. This is a terrific practice, managed and staffed by friendly and caring professionals.

Have been a patient of Dr. Mays for about 10 years. Went to my semi annual checkup/cleaning with Dr. Mays and her assistant Ami. The office was extremely clean an orderly relieving any Covid concerns immediately. Ami efficiently took X rays and cleaned my teeth. Dr. Mays also checked my teeth and X rays. Everything was done efficiently and effectively with warm cordial grace. I would certainly recommend Dr. Mays to friends and family.

I am so happy for Dr Mays celebrating her 20th anniversary! I have been a patient at her office for 17 years, I believe. She is the most compassionate and gentle dentist I have ever been to. She has helped me work through getting a lot of work done that was much needed. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

Dr. Mays and her entire team have created a comfortable environment to address all dental needs. The hygienists are thorough and careful and provide a pleasant teeth cleaning experience. I always enjoy the atmosphere of Jane Mays office and on this day I had two fillings scheduled. My dental chair faced two windows which viewed the outdoors and this made the procedure very relaxing. Everyone treated me first class and work proceeded seemingly effortlessly from my viewpoint, although I know the job was much more difficult than I describe.

My routine cleaning visit went smoothly and efficiently from check-in to treatment to checking and updating the current condition of my teeth for future reference. My hygienist and Dr. Mays made sure that any concerns and questions that I had were answered. My teeth are in the best condition that they have been in for some time. Thank you Brooke and Dr. Mays!

Jane is so much more than an excellent health care practitioner. I am facing some serious dental issues that will involve treatment from highly specialized surgeons. Dr. Mays met with me today to confirm the appropriateness and value of the proposed treatment plans. She clearly explained how my dental health will be improved by taking these significant steps now and how my overall health will benefit in the future.

Nice personal staff and understanding with.my situation. My dental circumstances are rather complicated. The X-Ray dental.assistant did a wonderful job and the dentist was understanding for my situation. Thank you for making my screening comfortable. Will be in contact after I get the surgery part figured out.

Always ontime. On this visit Doc & assistant explained what they were doing for 2nd stage of 2 implants procedures and a crown and informed me how long it would take (2 hrs 50 minutes). Mays and assistant completed casts, removed and replaced temporay covers, on both crown and posts, etc. The complexity of the above work has to have a plan and procedural steps to impliment. I am in phase 2, back to Mays for the next step. After doing their thing, Doc Mays gave me information of contacting a person who was to custom color match my teeth and then establish a time frame for the next step in my journey. I had applied for a loan recommended by the office. When the loan was approved in advance, the money was loaded onto a credit card for the dental work. Also the office had submitted my treatment plan to my insurance, before hand. This step allowed me to find out on paper exactly what insurance would pay and my portion to pay. Once Dr Mays was finished the office manager took my card for payment and was able to set up on the spot the discount of an 18 month same as cash, on my loan card. They made it easier and less expensive for me over the long run if I pay on time. Great doc and staff! My family has been with this dental office for at least 25 years starting with cleaning, bridges, kids, implants, referrals, braces, surgery, you name it. Dr. Mays is a perfectionist and I love her work.

I've been going to Dr Mays for years. Every staff member is welcoming and I always feel like I am a priority. The staff understands that some patients have fear sitting in a dentist chair. As usual you did a very thorough job of keeping my teeth healthy. I arrived thinking I was only needing a simple cleaning, since I had numerous other procedures this year, but I was surprised to find that X-rays and specific deep cleaning were also needed. As always it was quickly and professionally executed within the time window.
