Suzanne has been working with Dr. Mays’ office since July of 2016, but has been in the dental field since 1994. As the Insurance and Accounts Receivable Coordinator, Suzanne files patients’ insurance claims and applies great effort in working with insurance for challenges that may arise. She loves the caring, fun, yet professional atmosphere around the office.
Suzanne is celebrating 10 years with Jane R. Mays, DMD and has become a trusted and familiar face for so many patients throughout her time with the practice. Her dedication, experience, and compassionate approach continue to play an important role in helping the office run smoothly and creating a positive experience for patients.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite moments are spent with her grandchildren.
Have been going to Dr. Mays for years and have always been extremely satisfied with the care I have received. The staff is extremely considerate and professional. Couldn’t imagine going to a different dentist.
